Tennis Makes Me Happy

It is the Manila Day today, so I did't have military training. I was really happy to hear the news because I could finally have time to practice tennis after two weeks. It was really hard for to not play tennis for two weeks. I was excited to play, but approximately 2 hours before my scheduled time, it rained--raining like a typhoon has occured. I can't believe that...why does God had to be so cruel to me? I can't play tennis anymore.

Finally, the rain stopped after 2 hours waiting. I happily packed up my things for tennis and went on my way to the tennis court. When I reached there, the coach told me that the court cannot be used yet because it was too damp. At that moment, I didn't know what to say. I've waited for 2 weeks and all I get is this? CRAP! I asked the coach if the court could be ready after an hour when it dries up a bit and the coach said that we'll wait. I asked the coach to call me when the court is ready, as I'm going to go to my friend's shop and stay there while I wait.

I went to my friend's shop and luckily I found him there with one of his new classmates doing some class presentation for Monday. I also met another friend there who I haven't seen for a month. We talked about our university lives recently and I was really happy to see them again. An hour later, I asked the coach if the court is ready or not. I was overwhelmed when he said I could play. I rushed to the court and started practicing tennis. I felt myself improve--my forehand shots faster and lower, my backhand shots more powerful, and my volley and service quick. I was really glad when I was finally able to serve properly because normally my serves are either out or fault LOL :P It is really hard to control the hit sometimes.

After 2 hours of tennis playing, I felt my hands, wrist, and arm relaxing. It feels really good to play tennis. I was still thinking of playing more, but it was already 18:00, it would be too late for me to go home afterwards, so I had to stop. Anyhow, 2 hours is enough for me, although I could still play for another hour. Everytime I play tennis, I feel like I'm doing better and better. I think all I need now is a little bit more power to increase the speed of my topspins. Maybe the Prince O3 OS Tour tennis racquet could help....>:) I'll have to persuade my mom to buy it for me LOL If I get qualified to the DLSU tennis varsity team, I'd be exempted from ROTC...WEEEE :D

Tomorrow would be another happy day coz I'm going to Mall of Asia for the 2nd time (Nikko has gone there for more than 5 times i think!OMG) I'm excited :P I'm gonna get my high school graduation gift from my mom(it was kinda delayed though--3 months lol), which is a new NOKIA 6280 mobile phone :D Tonight I'm gonna stay up late, until 2am maybe...or 4am >:) RELAX! I've finished my homework! lol
