Happy :D

Today( June 20,2006), we had a free-cut on our morning class of Chemistry and Lab because the professor didn't come. LUCKY! :P I was still so nervous of the graded recitation that we're going to have in Chem today because I wasn't able to finish reading the assigned chapter, but fortunately, the prof didn't come so all of us were like..."Whew!That was close."

My next class was in 13:00 afternoon, so I had almost 4 hours of break and I didn't know what to do with the time. Then one of my friend suggested that we go to "The Venue"(a restaurant with billiard services), so we went there. Well, some of my friends and I didn't know how to play billiard, so we had no other choice but to just sit aside and watch the others play. After a while, when we were going to order for our lunch, another friend said she wanted to drink beer and asked me if I would also want to, then I said "Ok, sure but just a bit." (Nikko, don't scream LOL:P)

All my other classmates there was shocked when they saw my friend drank a full whole bottle of San Miguel Strong Ice... They said that it doesn't look like her to be such a bad influence LOL( they didn't know that she drinks) I drank some too and mixed up some beer with my ice tea hehe It turned out that the combo tasted good. It feels so good to drink beer first time in months. Good thing my face didn't turn red :P but the side effect was that I felt sleepy later in class >.<

After dismissal, my friend and I went to the Sports Development Office of the university to inquire about the varsity team recruitment. My friend wants to join the volleyball team, while I, the tennis team. The try-out training for tennis hadn't started yet, but the coach told me that even beginners could join the varsity. I was so excited when I heard that because all I want is to be able to train and not to be able to join competition, but of course, if I would be qualified to become a regular team member, then it'd be best :D I was really overwhelmed to have finally found a chance to practice and learn tennis that will not be a conflict to my normal class schedule. I'm also hoping to have some exceptions in PE class and the military training >:)

Well, that's all. Those are the events that made my day a better day. Tomorrow would be another day, I hope everything else goes smooth. The political science prof wants us to watch the movie "Gattaca" but it is nowhere to be found :( I hope I'd be able to understand his lesson tomorrow without being obvious to him that I didn't watch the movie lol :P
